Seven projects, one mission
Each project addresses a different dimension of the metabolic health challenge, from clinical coaching to grassroots community action.

The Lifestyle Club
Our HSJ award-winning and QISMET-accredited online health coaching programme delivers two 8-week diet and lifestyle courses with ongoing support options - TLC Diabetes and TLC Wellbeing.
- Delivered by trained Health Coaches in small groups (max 12)
- Empower people to take an active role in their health and wellbeing
- Research study published in BMJ Nutrition, Prevention & Health

Liberate
An online, peer-supported psychoeducational programme for adults who self-identify with ultra-processed food addiction, with live facilitated courses and a pre-recorded option.
- 8-week course with one year of ongoing support
- Pre-recorded course available for people unable to attend live sessions
- Two pathways: abstinence or harm-reduction approach

Real Food Rebellion
A school-based educational initiative teaching children and young people to make healthier food choices by understanding the dangers of ultra-processed foods.
- Curriculum for primary and secondary schools
- Teaches students to spot misleading food marketing
- Developed collaboratively by teachers and health professionals

Real Food Runners
An informal, inclusive running club for individuals and families passionate about improving their health through real food lifestyles and community activity.
- Affiliated parkrun group and regional meetups
- Welcomes all fitness levels and families
- Active community raising metabolic health awareness

Volunteer Network
Hundreds of volunteers across the UK and internationally helping cultivate a society where everyone enjoys good metabolic health, working through GP practices and communities.
- Ambassadors partner with GP practices for lifestyle groups
- International associates support remotely
- Impact documented in BMJ and BJGP publications

The Star Jump Challenge
A fundraising and awareness campaign: 25 star jumps per day for 25 days around World Diabetes Day, inspired by the 25 daily diabetes-related amputations in the UK.
- Five difficulty levels accessible to all fitness levels
- Funds NHS-delivered T2D remission courses
- Supports research collaboration with University of Surrey

Elevate
Currently in pilot, launching May 2026. A comprehensive digital health platform providing evidence-based support across nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mental wellbeing — built on our award-winning TLC programme.

PHC Conference 2026 — Nourish to Flourish
Our 10th anniversary conference on 16 & 17 May 2026 in London.
