Our ambassadors are volunteers who represent the Public Health Collaboration at a local level to nurture a network of people to help inform and implement healthier decisions for where they live.
Whether you’re a healthcare professional or a member of the public wanting to volunteer, get in touch with your nearest PHC ambassador by zooming into your area on the map and then click the icon closest to you to find out their name and email address. Alternatively, click the arrow icon in the top left hand corner of the map to see a drop-down list of our ambassadors.
The PHC Ambassadors Programme is a volunteer programme where you, if successful in your application, will be responsible for nurturing a network of local people to help inform and implement healthier decisions for where you live.
Finally, there is an interview process and before officially becoming a PHC Ambassador you will attend a free orientation day. Applications will be responded to on the Monday following your submitted application.
If you would like to apply to become an ambassador for your local area please scroll down to the application form below.
