Places we recommend for guidance and support for Food Addiction Recovery
Some resources are professional-led support sessions held in different countries, by psychologists, coaches, counsellors or registered professionals like nurses, nutritionists or dietitians. They are based all over the world and are available to international members. There is typically a cost associated with their services.
Other resources are peer-to-peer led based on the addiction treatment model used successfully in substance use disorders like alcoholism and illicit drug use, these are free to attend but do not typically have the science discussed for in-depth knowledge and understanding.
